Third year clerkships include Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Surgery, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Family Medicine, Neurology and Psychiatry. Electives are conducted at Soroka and various hospitals in Israel.

Depending on the rotation, you may be expected to participate in the following activities: blood draws, morning report/related activities, morning rounds, department lectures and seminars, night call, and patient presentations.

You will be evaluated based on your performance during the clerkship, and there may be a final consisting of an NBME or a practical skills Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE).
